For under warranty repairs please follow the conditions below :

1. Before sending us your product, please package your item(s) appropriately.  Secure any moving parts inside the box or enclosure as best as possible to prevent additional damage.
2. Please note: SST will require a copy of your proof of purchase, without this we can’t proceed with your repair and service/repairs will be put on hold until this is received.
3. Please download the Printable Repair Request form on the right of this page, fill it in providing us with as much information as possible, print and send this form in with your equipment.

For out of warranty repairs please follow the conditions below :

2. Please note: All items are subject to our inspection fee @£36.00 per item. This fee goes towards the final repair cost or invoice.  Items will not be serviced or repaired without receipt of the inspection fee. Delayed payment may also delay the process of your repair.
