For under warranty repairs please follow the conditions below :

1. Before sending us your product, please package your item(s) appropriately.  Secure any moving parts inside the box or enclosure as best as possible to prevent additional damage.
2. Please note: SST will require a copy of your proof of purchase, without this we can’t proceed with your repair and service/repairs will be put on hold until this is received.
3. Please download the Printable Repair Request form on the right of this page, fill it in providing us with as much information as possible, print and send this form in with your equipment.

2. You need to pay a £48.00 inspection fee for each item not covered by warranty. For DJ equipment and premium products, the inspection fee is £65.00 per item. This fee will be applied towards the final repair cost and invoice. If this fee is not paid, we will be unable to proceed with the repair.
