For under warranty repairs please follow the conditions below :
1 – Prior sending us your product, please package your item(s) properly without any moving parts inside the box or enclosure, so that it doesn’t get to us damaged.
2 – PLEASE NOTE : SST requires a copy of your proof of purchase, without this we wouldn’t be able to proceed with your repair until this is received.

2 – PLEASE NOTE : SST charges an Inspection fee currently at 36.00 GBP per seperate item. This fee goes towards the final repair costings or invoice. Without the inspection fee, your repair wouldn’t be processed until payment is received, and this may also delay the process of your repair.
